I placed an order on March 19, 2021 and still have not received. Order # 1-432**** for a led camping lantern with ceiling fan. I received a tracking #, but all it says is that package was picked up by shipping partner on March 22, 2021 in Johnson City, TN, and USPS awaiting item. Tracking # 926129****835401****77. Can someone please help me and tell me what is going on??? Am I going to receive this order or not and when can I expect it to arrive? If not then how do I get a refund?? Please HELP!! User's recommendation: You need to stay on top of your orders and check on them.
