I orderd several products from you and have not received any of them. The reference number i have is 402935**** HK. The amts I was charged as follows: 18.96 plus .15 cents, 15.96 plus.13 cents, 21.96 plus .18 cents. Then was charged $3.89 and 2.99. Another product under the name LUQUANNETWO in the amt. of 26.77 plus .21 cents. That is alot of money and no merchandise to account for it. Please let me know the about these products and where are they. This now August and i still haven't received them Please research and get back to me. Thank you.
