This company which is represented as AT&T Factory Outlet Store on their website sold me something for my new AT&T cordless phones which clearly did not work with these phones!! It took me several days to get a return/exchange form and the form said I had to agree to have 15% fee withheld from my refund because the item wasn't defective. I called and argued with a rep who FINALLY said they would give me a full refund (after I asked for a supervisor). However, they refuse to put it in writing!! All this for a $24.95 item - they misrepresent their products and don't tell you in advance of the processing fee. If they told me, I would have broken the darn thing and told them it came that way (not really, but it's a thought).
