Order entry

I have tried to order a top, WF899. Each time the order has been cancelled. Web-site will not let me order on-line which forces me to call in. Each time the order is placed only to have the next day it is cancelled. Comment is customer cancelled the order. I did not cancel. Seems that Customer Service is only interested in selling a VIP package. Latest order was W5367472. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!
