Update by user Apr 28, 2021 I have still not heard ANYTHING from drizly after contacting them in multiple different methods. Every time I call they say that someone will contact me later and I never hear back again. This customer service is awful!! Original review posted by user Mar 29, 2021 My order was stated as delivered but was not! I called multiple times to Drizly and each time got a different answer. Two agents said they would follow up with driver and send me an email or phone back with an update, and I never heard from them again. No one was apologetic & I felt like they were not actually trying to assist me in receiving my order. Finally when my order did arrive super late with no update from drizly, the driver was extremely rude. I am extremely disappointed with the service and would have appreciated more communication.
