Ya I email Lazada Malaysia again yesterday after submit the picture of which two items that I have received as request by them but after one week no news at all from them on outcome, Then another person call me yesterday &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; looks like she didnt know what happened to my case & ask the same question again and also ask me to send pictures as proof!!! The question is I am the customer that no received the goods & Lazada Malaysia ask me for proof!!! What is this??? I tell her to go back and check my case properly User's recommendation: Lazada Malaysia customer service is bad.
