The inflatable collar size large (order 601736****2585) I bought for my dog was a total fail. He was able to get around it in 5 seconds. My dogs neck size is 22 inches. I called customer service on APRIL 21 at 8:12 am eastern time and was told a manager wasnt available and would call me back. That did not happen. I purchased online and used curbside pickup because in the area I live - Suffolk County NY, the CDC rates it as a very high risk level. I want Petco to pay the postage for me to return this ineffective product. User's recommendation: Don’t buy this. Also Curbside pickup is apparently a one way deal.
