I picked up my order this morning, and for the second time in a row, my request to have $100 of my points redeemed was ignored. This has happened to me at least four times. I would like my points redeemed today, after the fact. I don't accept the argument that it can't be done. To me, it's just more evidence of a complete lack of customer service---from the person who keeps failing to follow a customer's request, to the incapability of IT to correct the store's mistake. The store I went to is the No Frills on Innisfil Beach Rd. Please advise when my points have been redeemed and $100 (from a total bill of $104.62) has been refunded on my credit card. Thank you.
