I placed an order back in September and the item was supposed to ship Oct 9, 2020. After that date had passed I tried to contact the [protected]@groopdeaz email address and have not received a response. When I try to call the phone number it says "this number is not taking calls at this time". I am still receiving daily promotional emails and their website is still adding products daily, but from what I have read there a hundreds of customers paying for products they are not receiving and no response from the company what so ever. I would like a full refund or the product I paid for.
