I have been trying to get an update on an August 8, 2020 order #3949600 for quite some time with no response. This particular item showed a expected ship date of August 9, 2020, however it is now January 4 and the order is still "being processed". I would kindly like to cancel this order. I'm not sure what is happening, but I think the time line is a long enough time for an order to be processed and shipped. I have contacted GroopDealz by email several times and no response. Matter of fact, those emails are now coming back as undeliverable. I used their website page contact system many times, no response. I also contacted Lucy & Lyla, the vendor, twice and no response. I would like my money back now!
