Hi, I placed an order with JT store on 06/12/2019 by paying Rs.995/- I waited for 2months for delivery but not received then requested for refund after requesting waited for a month then I received mail asking my bank details and promising refund within 15days i shared same on 03-08-19, but till today have not received my refund amount RS. 995/-, not getting response also for mail Please do the needful.
