I bought this book by mistake thinking it was a hard copy , tried to reach seller for refund ,they did not respond. I then decided to go ahead and download the e-book but its not available either. How can I get a refund? User's recommendation: Etsy doesn’t seem to care much about what’s going on and even don’t have an easy way for people to contact them in case of any issues.
