Orchids damage , including the birthday card

I received the flower , was in close box , they delivered to me upside down when I open the box the plant was damage and come out of the pot. this is really unacceptable I would like to send back of request refund for the damage . This is not the way to deliver such precious products especially the price I paid. Please email me and let me know . Kind regards Biagio Cassella
