Good Afternoon! I'm writing about a problem I keep having with your Optimmune product. I have horses and my vet prescribed Optimmune for her serious eye problem. She will be on this product for the rest of her life. She is to be given this eye ointment 2 times a week in both eyes. I will be going through these tiny tubes for a long time. Not only is it expensive and small but it also is very watery consistency which means you have to put it in the refrigerator. So half the time I forget to take it down to the barn with me, I can't keep it at the barn because it just melts and runs out of the tube. Or it freezes and breaks the tube, so I have no way to keep it from running everywhere. I also use Terramycin for other eye issues in my other horses and it does just fine. never melts, never wastes. I'm wondering if you can fix the base you put this medicine in? I'm a single mom and this is a hardship to keep having to work so hard to make this medicine works. I'm wondering if you would consider a different formula that works?
