Team Management Operations Manager Darnell Williams hires apartment managers and they always end up quitting Team Management. In 2018 Darnell Williams hired Phillip Bowers to be the apartment/property manager of Kilbourn Commons at 2835 West Kilbourn Avenue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Philip took care of all the problems from evicting bad tenants and fixing up the apartment building at Kilbourn Commons until him and Darnell Williams both got into an argument about Kilbourn Commons and that caused Philip to quit Team Management. Darnell hired Frank a new apartment manager who wore a turban on top of his head, Frank quit Team Management after one month. Darnell hired a new apartment manager named Devin until he and Darnell Williams got into an argument until Darnell made Devin into a maintenance/caretaker at Kilbourn Commons. In 2020 Alderman Robert (Bob) Baumann talked to Darnell Williams about People sitting and hanging out on the front steps in front of the apartment draws attention to crime. Darnell made a rule stating that, You cannot sit in front of the apartment building, because If you get caught sitting in front of the apartment building, You gonna get a 5 day notice and You have to move out. Black tenants been getting evicted from Kilbourn Commons because they been sitting and hanging out in front of the apartment building. Now at Kilbourn Commons black tenants have been standing outside hanging out in the back of the apartment building smoking dope, weed and marijuana getting high. Sooner or Later something really bad is gonna happen at Kilbourn Commons, The building gonna end up getting sold to a different property management.
