Humana military has made a mockery of the Tricare program. They are acting in violation of Federal law and regulations, denying beneficiaries basic rights granted to all other insured Americans under the affordable care act. Humana military has made up policies for their operation that blatantly contradict the federal regulations that authorized the Tricare program and define our benefits as military families. They compound this outrage by refusing to grant the appeals we are entitled to under law. Neither Humana nor DHA will even give us documents on how to do basic things. Humana must be forced to bring their program into compliance immediately. User's recommendation: Don’t pay for extra insurance, as they recommend if you complain. Our coverage has not changed; Humana is just denying us the coverage we pay for already. Call your Congressional representatives instead.
