Dear Sir/Madame, I'm writing to you reffering the problem I have with the car Opel Astra K, bought brand new on 24th of September 202= in Serbia. The car was bought through the authorized dealer AC Brajić, but after only six month of usage, tha paint started to peel off, mainly on the front doors and on the front sides of the car. I' ve contacted the authorized dealer, went to the service to check the problem, and all they said was that they're aware of the problem but cannot do anything about it?! Let me say the the cause of paint peeling off is not due to the physical damage, since there are a few small bumps/ dempressions on the car where the paint is intact. Can you please refer me to someone who can look after this problem and instruct what to do. I bought the care brand and didn't expect to have any problems especially since it is brand like Opel.
