The onyx earbuds i bought won't work they say connected to my phone but I can't hear nothing,and by the way with the customer service I talked to reguarding the onyx earbuds was not helpful at all and disrespectcul to me now because of her I will not be ordering anything else from fingerhut I will be ordering else where for now on I know it doesent matter much to yous but I will be ordering else where for now on.fingerhuts customer service is rude and not helpful at all so I'm sure other places would love my business and there customer service is way better thank you and my wife will be canceling her account as well User's recommendation: No recommendations at all because customer service is rude and disrespectful.
