This bank is located just near my office so I go there every week or even more often. They have many ATMs and I like that. There are no long lines and I can get in and out within 5 minutes. But when I came today in the morning, there were only two ATMs working, all the rest were out of order. So there were huge lines to ATMs and to tellers. I didn’t have much free time to wait, so I left and returned in the evening. Nothing changed. Still only two ATMs working and huge lines. Why didn’t they call some kind of technical service and ask to fix their ATMs? I had to waste 20 minutes searching for another bank with working ATMs.
