only part order received after 2 months wait

Ordered pillowcase and dress over 2 and a half months ago, only received the pillowcase recently. This company gives you the runaround, they said I had to wait a further 45 days for the dress. Eventually the gave me a partial refund for the dress, less than it cost me . this was only achieved after contacting paypal security. Avoid this company at all costs. Its just a big Scam.
