I have been with EZLocal for over a year now. No improvements to local Google ranking, repeated calls to rep "Matt B" BEGGING for help/improvement for my time-sensitive, seasonal business was met with shrugs and outright disinterest. Only after I switched credit cards and there was payment processing issues did I all the sudden get a lot of attention -- multiple emails/calls regarding the matter but NO FOLLOW UP when I was literally begging for them to do something to increase my ranking or at least give me suggestions. Paid for over a year and my ranking went nowhere, although the lack of care for my business or its success was by far the most astoundingly frustrating part of working with EZLocal. Would not recommmend -- they don't get the job done, don't seem interested in a business' success and only care about the money.
