I live in a small small town where this bank has only 1 ATM. Before, it was pretty normal since this bank was not so popular, however, now, with the rise in clients, there are plenty of queues to withdraw money. I understand that their leadership team knows better when they should enlarge the number of their ATMs but personally me and my friends believe it is high time, guys. My other experience regarding mortgages, reports, and just running out their bank account is good. No complaints since the day one when I switched from another bank. The branch team is also very friendly, they may boost your mood for the rest of the day instead of greeting you with a dull face.
