Online vs In Store Purchasing

Where do I start? Fathers Day was approaching, I thought, let me just make a cash purchase from Conn's, so I go online and purchase a sound bar. We get the sound bar, connect it and the subwoofer does not work. I call Samsung. I don't even bother Conn's cause maybe I'm doing something wrong. Samsung can't get it working either. A couple days later, I get an email from Samsung and they don't have a replacement and don't know when they will be getting any. So the tech calls me and tells me to box it up and take it back to Conn's and request a new one or an upgrade of whatever they could get ahold up. Went to the store they refused to replace and told me I had to go through the online department because that is where I purchased it from (even though I picked it up from here Harvey Louisiana Store). So after 45 minutes of my lunch break spent with the store manager going back and forth on the phone with the online dpt, she tells me to leave it there and they will ship it to repair. Repair calls me on July 7th to tell me he is shipping it off the next day. I called the 18th and without even checking, the manger tells me to contact the online department that they don't have it there. Today is July 20th, called the online dpt and they gave me a tracking number that shows it was delivered on 7/13th!!! Online warm transfers me back to the store. The Manager was busy each time I called. So the last time I called, I said I DON'T NEED A MANAGER TO TELL ME IF MY PRODUCT HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE STORE! ANY HUMAN SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO THAT. Finally they come back on the phone and tell me it's there and ready for pick up. But get this…then "John" calls and says we were just calling to let you know your package was ready for pick up. :/ NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE FROM CONNS AND THIS WAS A CASH SALE!!!
