Online Payment Issue

Paid my mortgage online and received a system error message two times - on third attempt payment went through and I received a confirmation number and email confirming payment. HOWEVER, a total of 3 payments were processed (2 hours later) and deducted from my checking account! After 75 minutes on hold, Ditech rep rudely tells me they can't reverse payment and they've had no other complaints so it must be user error. WHAT??? I pay online every month. This is their system issue - fix the problem!!!
