online payment done but product not delivered

Hi my complain is that I ordered 2 pair of shoes by online payment but yepme not delivered that product. Even we trying his customer service number and tracking number but it cannot responded. Product cancelled the product by tracking company and they donot send any mail or any cancelled information to my email address and even no process for refund is working on that website. Order date :27 aug 2017 My number : [protected] I want my refund back in urgent because I do online payment for that product, if they cannot contact with us then legal action can be taken against the yepme company.
