Online order cancelled money was paid

Their app is extremely unuseful. I place the order at 9:30 and received no notification regarding the order status. Moreover the order was paid online and their contact number doesn't work. Their app is the worst and the customer care is extremely dissapointing. I am not even sure how my money will be refunded back. User's recommendation: Do not order online from KFC APP.
