Online order app is awful

Ordered through the online app. The store never received the order. Placed the order again, they still didn't receive it. Now, according to my bank statement, I am charged twice for the same order and their company is such crap it is difficult/impossible to find someone at Potbelly HQ to address the situation. User's recommendation: Just go to Chipotle.
