Online gave me a credit card error and charged my credit card anyways

I made an order one line when completing the order a pop up box read credit card error. I waited a few minutes and went back through the online ordering process and another pop up box read credit card error. I called the location that delivers to my address and they said they have no orders for me and they have no control over the online orders. I want my money back. User's recommendation: Nonexistent.
