In March 2016 I sourced a factory on Alibaba whom manufacturer metal fasteners. This factory come highly recommended by Alibaba, and they are classified as a 'Gold Member', trading for over 6 years. After receiving product samples from this factory and signing off on purchase orders, I paid 30% deposit to start the production of my order. When it come time to ship the supplier didn't deliver goods and claimed they didn't know an order existed for me. They claim they never received my money. I hired a private investigator specialising in Cybercrimes and he established that Kelly Yuan, the factory employee whom I was communicating with changed to another similar email address prior to requesting payment from me. My detective found a link between the real and fake Kelly, as both emails had sent a PDF quote from the same computer.
