Update by user Sep 24, 2019 As of today, 9/24/19, I have not heard back from Friendly's. In addition to lodging a complaint here, I also emailed them directly and called. I have not received a response to any of my inquiries. They claim they want to know what their customers' likes and dislikes are, but when it comes down to it, they are ignoring me and my situation. I could easily have filed a police report and had an officer visit their store, but I chose to give them an opportunity to conduct an internal investigation -- my bad! They have to have security footage on their safe to see what actually happened to my watch. Their loss -- I have spent a lot of money over the years going to Friendly's with my son and friends and family, but I will not be going there any longer. Original review posted by user Aug 25, 2019 I visited your Hershey, PA restaurant last Sunday, August 18, 2019. I purse spilled over and evidently my wristwatch fell out. I called the restaurant and was told they had found my watch and placed it in the safe. Upon looking for it, they found that it was gone. I will not visit a restaurant where you can't trust the employees to be honest! We have spent a lot of money at Friendly's restaurants over the years but I will NOT be returning after this incident.
