One mug was damaged

I'm very disappointed with www.tervis.com and will not buy from them again. This was my first time ordering from them and it was an unpleasant experience. Ordered five mugs from this site and when my order arrived one mug was damaged. I contacted them right away, sent a picture and the promised to send me another mug as a replacement. Too sad that was only a lie and they actually never did anything to fix the situation.
