If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a farewell gift for a coworker, and after having 2 confirmation emails for it to be delivered the day before she left (I wanted to make sure I was around as I would not see her on her last day). It gave leeway for it to be a day late just in case, but instead it completely missed her and arrived 3 days late. And all that money and effort was wasted. I had booked it even a whole week in advance so that this wouldn't happen. Incredibly disappointed WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU WANT THEM DELIVERED ON TIME. Poor customer service afterwards too. User's recommendation: Don't buy from these scammers.
