I was on hold for over an hour and still no rep came to the phone. I had to hang up. I found an e-mail address and sent an e-mail and found a fax and sent a fax. I hope the cruise experience will be a lot better than what I experienced with their poor customer service. I found several complaints about their website and customer service phone number. In the future, I will not book a cruise with this company. It costs a lot of money to take a cruise the least they could do is answer the phone.
