On hold 2 hours and 45 minutes with no avail to them doing anything

On February 5th 2014 I contacted my domain website provider notifying them of an issue receiving emails to my paid account . I was asked to wait 2-3 minutes while they checked this out . 2 hour and 45 minutes later I was disconnected and when I called them they refused to even apologize and repeatedly refused me to talk to anyone in management . They claim to offer an " Anytime Money Back Guarantee " but when requested they refused . This is the most incompetent company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with and after now doing some research I find they have numerous complaints and negative reviews with the Better Business Bureau . Their refusal to settle this in a timely matter as it is now over 20 hours later has brought me to filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission against their company due to their failure to provide reliable service .
