yes I was on hold for several hours Sunday between 12 and 2 for customer service. to get the password update Change telephone. that was Sunday today I've been on the phone for over 20 minutes they keep on getting the same message I had yesterday evidently they have nobody working in password reset. please hire somebody. John Newton. Guy Mitchell. we've been trying to get our password set for the last couple days Saturday they told me to call Sunday I called Sunday I was on the phone for almost an hour and a half. waiting for some of the answer by Og is a message somebody will be with me shortly.
