I have been having on going termite problems and a worthless contract with terminix. They take my money but leave the termites. The company must be horrible to work for because there is never the same person there 2 years in a row. I have thousans=ds of dollars worth of repairs to do and still have termites. Do not sign up for a contract with them it is a waste of money. What a rip off! I will be attaching picture of the damage shortly.
