On behalf of cancellation of exam

I couldn't take this exam because while I am clicking on the launch button it was not enabled. It is throwing this error on screen "Sorry ! For inconvenience your beyond the access time". Although I am even one hour before the exam. Please find the attachment and do the needful. I sincerely request you people please consider my request and reschedule. Patlolla Niharika DT20218322467
