I took my car in to get an oil change, just to get home and find a leak. I will keep this story short for how frustrating it gets. They did an oil change 3-4 times since they caused the leak. Once they realized they had messed up John Montez the "manager" starts calling and lying saying I signed a waiver stating I had an oil leak when coming in to get an oil change. Wait who gets an oil change if there is a leak why would they even work on a car if it had a leak that defeats the whole purpose. These people treat people like they are idiots which is very unfortunate.
Before that he was saying they don't work on cars over 100,000 miles then why take any car at all if you weren't sure. There are so many questions. I never met anyone willing to risk their job over a lie other than maturing children. This all makes no sense. If I had an oil leak why pay for an oil change instead of getting the problem fixed. John is a coward instead of fixing the situation he started lying and manipulating paperwork, saying on record a false lie. Nobody told me anything that he's lying about nobody signed a paper nobody told me there was a leak and if there was they always tell you what they recommend on the invoice in which there is nothing about a leak. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who wants to keep their car without any problems. John is a coward who can create problems but not fix them then hide like a child on top of lying to save his own ass. Hopefully after this investigation they hire someone with the knowledge and courage to do their job the right way. I will keep everyone updated to save random souls for having to deal with this bs.
