I don't like being lied to! First of all you told me the reason I was not getting a full refund was because they put a non-refundable cover on my phone. Well I just happened to ask the person who was supposed to do this and he said it was no t done. And priced the so called cover... not even close. Then I called before I had to go with another carrier because the phone I bought from you was definitely defective, and because I had paid 2 months in advance, and was promised I could put the balance on my account on my sister's bill. They said absolutely.. silly me I thought she wouldn't lie to me but once again I WAS LIED TO. THIS is FAR from over. I'm currently working on a letter to the better business bureau. User's recommendation: Do not trust c spire they lie and will rip you off every chance they get!
