I rented a car through Expedia for my 17 day stay in Florida, I come down often I own a condo here, and always rented a car from the airport and NEVER had any problems. However this time around after arriving they picked me up at the airport the same driver who drove me to *** off the main road took my reservation. He obliged me to take the insurance from them at 16 dollars a day and the sun pass which also I did not need at 15 dollars a day. Once I started to be upset and argue with him he said he could give me the sun pass for 10 dollars a day the same thing they were telling other clients. He printed out my contract and showed an additional charge of 323 dollars for. Y 17 day stay. I had already prepaid for my car therefore I called Expedia and after 2 hours at their office because they would not answer their all I was told to leave the office that I was not welcomed while I waited for Expedia to cancel my order. Took a taxi back to the airport and went to Hertz who gave me a car right away without a reservation and the car was even cheaper and it took 5 minutes. Quebec’s stay away they hardly even speak English they get their employees off the street and there is no management to speak with
