Subject: Del Ray Acura review Let me tell you about a rude, insulting salesman by the name of JORDAN. Im 73 yrs old and had driven to the nearest Acura dealer to speak to a salesman expecting to get help syncing an area of my Iphone to my new MDX. Apparently I did something to it while learning the very complicated TECH system and expected to get a respectful salesperson to do a quick fix. I was met in a small sales office by JORDAN and 3 other sales people. I explained my problem to JORDAN and he took my phone. After briefly seeing the problem he said "Did you buy this car here?" I said no at which point he shoved my phone back at me and said " Take it to where you bought it, they should have set it up". He then without another word, stood up and walked out of the room leaving me standing there. None of the other salesmen offered to help and one by one they left. I asked to speak to the GM and was told he was off. His name is KEVIN O'NEILL and could be reached by email at kmosusmc@***.com. I then emailed Mr O'Neill and have never received a response. This is a true example of a money hungry salesperson without his friendly sales mask on and lack of respect for senior citizens. Bottom line, I won't be back, my friends and family will never go there and on my best advise i hope you learned what to expect if you do.
