Had a thrust bearing on crank shaft break causing rear main seal to be damaged as well, denied! It says right in my policy that if seals are damaged by another mechanical part then theyre covered but of course theyre saying that the trust bearing isnt covered (which by theyre very own definition is any lubricated moving part is covered). Tried calling to make my case and got the runaround, they wouldnt even let me talk to their adjuster for a better clarification they said absolutely not, why not!!! So i call customer service to cancel and all i get is well we can drop your rate, no i want my car fixed!!! Dont do it sooo not worth it take your 129 a month and put it in the bank save up for the unexpected car shield is soooo not worth it! User's recommendation: Save your money put the $129 a month in an emergency account!
