Oder problem

I ordered a size 8 cater II men and I didn't get a Gmail confirming the order I didn't even get an order number. When I purchased the shoes it said there was an error with the card I used, so I change to a debt card, but it said the same. When I went to check my bank balance I saw that you guys charge me twice for the shoes and I didn't even get a Gmail about it or an order number. Please fix this.
