Good day I'm writing this complaint with a heavy heart. I have been Truworths customer for many years and I really did not expect this kind of service for you. I'm the 31 of July 2021 I went to Truworths to go purchase something for my skin as I have a very sensitive skin I was then advised to purchase Nuxe products which I spent R1965.00 for the serum, face exfoliater and cleanser. I reiterated to the agent that I have a very sensitive skin and I rash at that moment, she assured me these products will work for my very sensitive skin...Now I'm experiencing itchiness and even worse rash on my face and I spent a ridiculous amount of money for these products.
