Nothing fits. Returns difficult

I ordered larger, women's sizes. Everything was way too small. I got the runatound on returns, but after many emails back and forth, I got a return address and returned everything . They wrote back, and I'll get a credit card refund in 10-15 days. I had to hang everything on hangers and send photos. Very difficult return. I will never buy from this company again. Ehat a bad
