I was trying to download a return label but it would not download even though it said it was downloaded. It said there was an error and that i should call customer services. I called them but their phone line was closed. I had no option to return my items for a refund because all the stores are now closed. I received a email after 6 to 7days saying to me to download which I already tried. My other issue is you can only download once so if for any reason there is an error you are stuck with no other option. User's recommendation: I think you need to be vary about the limited options to return an item when the downloadcerror pops up.
