Dear I have placed a pair of shoes on 17th April 2021 and payment was prepaid (Order #44b638-739 for the amount Rs 3357.97). After that I didn't receive any order confirmation, no refund nothing. I have mailed to the helpdesk several times but got no reply. I even tried reaching out via Facebook and Twitter. It is highly disappointing behavior from such a reputed brand.
