My husband and I travel to LA 4 to 5 times a year to visit Grandchildren. We always eat at In and Out. The store in Kettleman City is absolutely not up to your standards. Today, enough was enough. Once again, not only was our food barely warm, but our buns were totally burnt, to the point that someone had to notice. There was so much chunky lettuce on the burger that you literally could not taste the meat. And of course, the fries were cold. We are past the point of returning food and waiting for new. I just you to know we will not eat here ever again, and it might be a good idea for a quality inspection.
