I made a non refundable reservation with Fox renta car. I then looked into this company and they have very bad reviews. They did not state up front about the $400.00 extra deposit needed when you arrive at the counter. And you couldn't use your personal car insurance unless you were covered for one million dollars. I haven't been able to talk to anyone at the company, they just refer you to on-line services and when I tried to cancel on-line, the site wouldn't let me. I feel that this is a scammer for a company and I won't use priceline again...I've lost my money because of this! User's recommendation: Don't use this company.
