On June 29th around 8:15pm, I was at the Family Dollar store #11453 Address: 670 Main St. Cheswold Delaware. I went in to get toilet paper I have the family dollar coupon app I picked out two different types of toilet papers that have the coupons under them. The first one was a $10 toilet paper with the coupon saying I could pay $4 with the app. The young lady would not honor it so she brought me back to a different type of toilet paper and suggested it which had the family dollar coupon under it.
